Inleiding:

The BPH 118 was primarily designed to be a small compact subwoofer with a brutal and very impressive high output for this size of box. It’s suitable in both smaller applications as a stand-alone unit or in multiples of 2/4 in large setups, where hard, distinct and natural sounding woofer is needed. BPH118 is also designed to give the sub bass extension to small full range boxes.

Luidsprekers:

The 18W1300 was chosen specially for its large and linear displacement, which provides an ultra linear piston action across the entire working range. The BPH218 is also recommended as a supplement to the BR218 kit reflex box, when both the extreme low frequency and heavy “punch” is wanted.
It should be active crossovered, preferably processor controlled for perfect alignment of the acoustical signal path and for maximum use of its capacity. The broad working range gives this system to be crossed over as high as 120Hz. A low pass filter of 40Hz is recommended. Its tuning frequency is studied and tested for optimum impedance load and the possibility to withstand extra power to the level at the frequency round 45 Hz frequency.

Recommended for 18LW1400.
Suitable also for 18LW800 (Disco purposes)
