Inleiding:

The BR115 kit was designed to be a small compact reflex subwoofer, for smaller applications where a soft, deep and natural sound is needed. It�s recommended in both touring and permanent installation applications. The BR115 kit is a flexible subwoofer system that�s also perfectly suited in small disco & bar applications by changing the tuning frequency from 46 Hz up to 52Hz. It�s also designed to give the bass to the FR101 full range box.

Luidsprekers:

The 15W700 transducer was chosen for the natural sounding in a such small box, giving to this system the possibility to deliver a surprisingly bass output that�s needed in most applications. It should be active crossovered, but the alternative passive crossover makes this system a very cheap and affordable solution. The 12dB per octave filtering centered at 100Hz gives a rich and clear sound characteristic. A low pass filter at 40Hz is recommended. BR115 tuning frequency is studied and tested for optimum impedance load and the possibility to withstand to extra power requirement at the frequencies around 50 Hz. Designed for 15W700. Recommended for 15W1200 and 15LW1400 (extra filling material). Suitable also for 15W1401 (extra filling material).
